| RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS | RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS There were no loans or outstanding loan commitments to any principal officers or directors, or any of their affiliates at September 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025. Deposits from principal officers, directors, and their affiliates at September 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025 were $49.3 million and $73.0 million. Certain directors and their affiliates owned $4.0 million of RBB's subordinated notes as of September 30, 2026 and $6.0 million at December 31, 2025.
