Management has evaluated subsequent events through the date of issuance of these consolidated financial statements and has determined that there are no subsequent events outside the ordinary scope of business that require adjustment to, or disclosure in, the consolidated financial statements other than those disclosed below.
Distributions Paid
On October 6, 2026, the Company recorded a distribution of $10,123 payable on October 22, 2026, based on 17,172,990 shares outstanding on October 6, 2026.
Distribution Declarations
On November 4, 2026, the Company’s Board declared a base distribution of $0.8154 per share, payable on January 28, 2027 to shareholders of record as of November 4, 2026. There can be no assurances that the Board will continue to declare a base distribution of $0.8154 per share. |
