NOTE 10 - CASH DIVIDENDS
The Company paid cash dividends of $1.9 million and $1.5 million for the three months ended September 30, 2026, and September 30, 2025, respectively. Dividends on restricted stock units in the amount of $0.1 million and $0.2 million were accrued as of both September 30, 2026, and 2025, respectively. These dividends will be paid upon the vesting of the restricted stock units when shares are issued to the award recipients. In November 2026, the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share payable November 24, 2026, to shareholders of record as November 16, 2026. The indicated annual cash dividend rate is $0.20 per share.
