| Goodwill and Intangible Assets | Goodwill and Intangible Assets During the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, the Company performed its annual impairment test of goodwill and determined that there were no impairments of goodwill identified as of the impairment test date. The carrying amount of goodwill was $226,523 as of September 30, 2026 and June 30, 2026. The Company’s indefinite-lived intangible assets as of September 30, 2026 and June 30, 2026 were as follows:
