The increase in the allowance for credit losses on loans during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026 is primarily due to additional reserves within the commercial and multi-family segment following the Company’s review of that portfolio that concluded in the third quarter of 2026. In addition, for the nine-month period, additional reserves within the commercial business segment were the result of continued credit deterioration within that portfolio.
