In January 2026, the Company issued an aggregate of 2,275,313 shares of its common stock pursuant to a notice of cash exercise of all warrants previously held by Armistice Capital for an aggregate purchase price of $7.3 million. In June 2026, the Company issued an aggregate of 263,158 shares of its common stock pursuant to a notice of cash exercise of all warrants previously held by Hayfin for an aggregate purchase price of $0.6 million.
