The Company’s total operating lease costs were $0.3 million and $0.5 million for the three months ended September 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively. The Company’s total operating lease costs were $0.6 million and $1.7 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively.

The Company did not incur any variable lease costs for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026. The Company’s total operating lease costs included variable costs in the amount of $0.3 million and $1.2 million for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025, respectively. Variable lease costs are primarily comprised of maintenance costs and are determined based on the actual costs incurred during the period. Variable lease payments are expensed in the period incurred and not included in the measurement of lease assets and liabilities. The Company’s total operating lease costs also include short-term lease costs which were $0.1 million and $0.2 million for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026, respectively and immaterial for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025.

As of September 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the weighted average remaining operating lease term was 3.7 years and 4.3 years, respectively. The weighted average discount rate used to estimate operating lease liabilities for leases that existed as of September 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025 was 10.5% and 10.8%, respectively. Cash paid for amounts included in the measurement of operating lease liabilities was $0.1 million and $1.0 million for the three months ended September 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively. Cash paid for amounts included in the measurement of operating lease liabilities was $0.3 million and $3.1 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively.
