Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On November 5, 2026, the Company entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ujwal, Inc. (d/b/a Level AI), for $325.0 million in cash, subject to customary adjustments (the “Merger”). The Merger is subject to customary closing conditions, and the Company expects it to close by fiscal year end 2026. Because the Merger had not closed as of the date these financial statements were issued, the Company cannot yet estimate the allocation of the purchase price to the assets acquired and liabilities assumed. The Merger is intended to augment key capabilities for the Company with Level AI’s native AI applications for customer experience that improve agent performance, automate more customer interactions across voice and digital channels, and turn customer conversations into insights enterprises can use.
