All of the Company’s marketable securities had maturities of less than one year.
The Company had fifteen securities with a fair value of $759.7 million in an unrealized loss position as of September 30, 2026 and no securities in an unrealized loss position as of December 31, 2025. None of the Company’s marketable securities had been in an unrealized loss position for more than one year as of September 30, 2026. It was determined that no credit losses exist as of September 30, 2026 because the change in market value for those securities that were in an unrealized loss position resulted from fluctuating interest rates rather than a deterioration of the credit worthiness of the issuers. The Company does not intend to sell the U.S. government treasury bills before maturity, and it is not more likely than not that the Company will be required to sell these investments before recovery of their amortized cost basis.
