Subsequent Events	16.Subsequent Events Achievement of Regulatory Milestone pursuant to the 2021 Xencor Agreement In October 2026, the Company submitted its first marketing authorization application in Europe with respect to a licensed asset under the 2021 Xencor Agreement, which triggered an obligation to make a milestone payment of $7.5 million to Xencor under the 2021 Xencor Agreement. The milestone will be recognized as acquired-in-process research and development expense in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
