Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On November 5, 2026, NextTrip, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTRP) announced plans for a broader rollout of JOURNYGO following its initial beta phase. Beginning in November, the expansion will feature approximately 60 content pieces and itineraries and extend across additional JOURNY TV programming and selected U.S. distribution platforms, including Samsung TV Plus and Plex. JOURNYGO connects viewers with episode-related itineraries, travel shopping and access to travel planning experts through on-screen QR codes.
The Company reported that JOURNYGO content currently averages nearly 10 minutes of engagement per active user during beta and early use. The expansion builds on NextTrip’s consolidation of its media operations under one JOURNY brand and a common technology stack, supporting broader deployment and more consistent measurement of engagement from programming into travel planning.
NextTrip’s content-to-commerce strategy is designed to generate travel booking revenue alongside advertising and sponsorship revenue, while providing advertisers and sponsors greater visibility into consumer interests and actions beyond television impressions. The current JOURNYGO experience combines human-curated itineraries with travel planning expertise. AI has assisted with matching programming to existing itineraries, and additional AI-assisted trip-planning capabilities are being evaluated for potential future upgrades.
