4. PREPAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

In the prior year (2025), the Company reported a deposit with a law firm of $15,000 as a prepayment on the balance sheet. This amount represented legal fees paid in advance. The Company utilized the services associated with this prepayment, and accordingly, no balance is reflected as of July 31, 2026.
