The following table shows the calculation of basic and diluted loss per share:
The computation of diluted loss per share is equal to the basic loss per share due to the anti-dilutive effect of the share options, RSUs and DSUs. Of the 2,748,199 (September 30, 2025 – 2,149,479) share options, 1,094,601 (September 30, 2025 – 963,005) RSUs, and 136,920 (September 30, 2025 – 143,820) DSUs that are not included in the calculation of diluted loss per share for the period ended September 30, 2026, 1,375,249 (September 30, 2025 – 1,170,100) were exercisable. |
