1 As of June 30, 2026, other receivables included an escrow receivable of $5.7 million, adjusted for currency, recognized in connection with the Company's acquisition of Saxdor. This escrow receivable represents a portion of the cash consideration owed to the Company to settle final consideration payable under the Purchase Agreement after working capital, indebtedness, and closing cash adjustments. This was received during the three months ended September 30, 2026.
