| Subsequent events | Note 25. Subsequent events The Group has completed an evaluation of all subsequent events after the balance sheet date up to the date that the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements are issued. Except as described below, the Group has concluded no other subsequent events have occurred that require disclosure. ATM Facility Subsequent to September 30, 2026, the Company issued a further 17,374,990 Ordinary shares for total gross proceeds of approximately $630 million. The Group concluded that the foregoing subsequent event represent non-recognized subsequent events under ASC 855 Subsequent Events because the events arose after the balance sheet date and do not provide additional evidence about conditions that existed as of September 30, 2026. Accordingly, no adjustments have been made to the September 30, 2026, unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements.
