The Company’s Board of Directors has approved purchases of shares of the Company’s common stock under a buyback program (the “Buyback Program”) through December 31, 2027. In the third quarter of 2025, the Company purchased 112,311 shares of its common stock for $5.2 million under its Buyback Program. In the nine months ended September 30, 2025, the Company purchased 341,818 shares of its common stock for $16.7 million under its Buyback Program. There were no purchases of common stock in the three or nine months ended September 30, 2026. As of September 30, 2026, there was $105.8 million available under the Buyback Program.
