| Supplemental Information | Supplemental Information Accrued and Other Liabilities Accrued and other liabilities were $21,420 and $22,199 at September 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, respectively. Accrued taxes, accrued interest on related party debt and accrued capital expenditures, which are components of accrued and other liabilities, were $6,227, $5,110 and $3,205, respectively, at September 30, 2026 and $2,104, $5,508 and $994, respectively, at December 31, 2025. No other component of accrued and other liabilities was more than five percent of total current liabilities. Cash Flow Information Non-cash Investing Activity Capital expenditure related liabilities, included in accounts payable—third parties and accrued and other liabilities, were $8,835 and $5,768 at September 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively. Operating Leases Right-of-use assets obtained in exchange for operating lease obligations were $460 and $920 for the nine months ended September 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively.
