[1] As discussed in Note 1, during the nine months ended October 2, 2026, the Company recognized costs in connection with its leadership realignment and related efforts. Of these costs, a total of $1,614,000 was recognized for severance costs related to leadership realignment. This amount is recorded in Restructuring, impairment and related charges on the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations. A majority of these severance payments will be paid monthly through mid-2027.
