| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events The Common stock dividend of $7.5 million included in Accrued liabilities in the Consolidated and Condensed Balance Sheets at October 2, 2026 was paid on October 16, 2026 to stockholders of record as of October 2, 2026. The MCPS dividend of $2.8 million included in Accrued liabilities in the Consolidated and Condensed Balance Sheets at October 2, 2026 was paid on October 15, 2026 to stockholders of record as of October 1, 2026. Subsequent to quarter end, in October 2026, as part of the plan termination process for the Company’s United States Pension Plan, the Company settled obligations for all remaining participants and expects to recognize a non-cash settlement charge of approximately $37 million during the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026.
