| Segment Reporting | SEGMENT REPORTING Segment information is prepared on the same basis that our Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"), who serves as our Chief Operating Decision Maker ("CODM"), manages our business, evaluates financial results, and makes key operating decisions. The North America reportable operating segment comprises all manufacturing operations located in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, which we have aggregated into a single reportable operating segment, North America, in consideration of the aggregation criteria set forth in ASC 280. These operations share similar economic characteristics, production processes, and customer bases. The North America reportable segment generates its revenue primarily from the manufacturing and sale of sheet molding compound and molded structural plastic products to customers in the heavy truck, power sports, building products and industrial markets. Our CODM uses income from operations to evaluate performance and make key operating decisions, such as allocating resources and assessing growth opportunities within the North America segment. The CODM is not provided asset information by reportable segment, as asset information is reviewed on a consolidated basis. The following tables present selected financial information with respect to our single reporting segment for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026 and 2025 (in thousands):
