During the quarter and nine months ended September 25, 2026, the Company incurred restructuring costs of 1.4 million and $3.9 million, respectively, as a result of its continued pivot of its business to Gen AI. The costs were employee related costs, as the Company reduced staff to be commensurate with current market demand and the leverage the Company’s Gen AI delivery platforms are expected to have on the Company's service offerings.
