In the third quarter of 2026, we commenced sales on the product line associated with the assets previously classified as indefinite-lived in-process research and development in our Sealing Technologies segment. These assets were acquired in our purchase of Advanced Micro Instruments ("AMI") in 2024. As a result, we have reclassified these assets to amortizing existing technology intangibles as of September 30, 2026 and began amortizing them during the quarter over a 15-year useful life.
