SHARE-BASED COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYEE SHARE PURCHASE PLAN	SHARE-BASED COMPENSATIONIn 2026, 326,046 PBUs and 256,902 SBUs were granted pursuant to our long-term incentive plans. The aggregate fair value of all outstanding PBUs and SBUs as of September 30, 2026 was $77 million and $43 million, respectively. At September 30, 2026, the unrecognized compensation cost related to the PBUs and SBUs was $26 million and $15 million, respectively.
