| STOCK REPURCHASE PROGRAM | STOCK REPURCHASE PROGRAM On February 3, 2026, we announced a share repurchase authorization of up to $600.0 million of common stock. This authorization replaces previous authorizations and has no expiration date. We may repurchase shares through the open market, privately negotiated transactions or other programs, subject to market conditions. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026, we repurchased approximately 234 thousand shares for $30.0 million and 1.3 million shares for $180.0 million, respectively. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025, we repurchased approximately 286 thousand shares for $40.0 million and 1.3 million shares for $190.0 million, respectively. As of September 30, 2026, there was $420.0 million for authorized share repurchases remaining under the existing authorization.
