At September 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, Dominion Energy’s contract liability balances were $41 million and $45 million, respectively. At September 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, Virginia Power’s contract liability balances were $35 million and $38 million, respectively. The Companies’ contract liabilities are recorded in other current liabilities and other deferred credits and other liabilities in the Consolidated Balance Sheets.
