Revision of Previously Issued Financial Statements
The Company identified an error in the previously issued third quarter 2025 financial statements related to the newly enacted One Big Beautiful Bill Act ("OBBBA") that impacted the provision for income tax. The revision did not affect the previously reported annual financial statements included in the Company's 2025 Annual Report on Form 10-K. The Company evaluated the impact of this item under the guidance of the Securities and Exchange Commission's Staff Accounting Bulletin No. 99, "Materiality," and determined that this error was not material to its previously issued financial statements. However, the Company revised the previously issued financial statements to correct the error. The impact of this revision to "Provision for income taxes" and "Payables and other current liabilities" increased net earnings by $22 million and decreased total current liabilities by $22 million as compared to what was previously reported. The revision also increased basic and diluted earnings per share by $0.19 and $0.20 for three months ended September 30, 2025, and both basic and diluted earnings per share by $0.20 for nine months ended September 30, 2025. The footnotes have also been updated.
