Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Dividend Distribution Declaration On October 26, 2026, the Board declared a cash distribution of $0.40 per share to be paid on November 17, 2026 to stockholders of record as of November 10, 2026. In addition to the cash distribution, and as part of the supplemental cash distribution of $0.28 per share to be paid in four quarterly distributions of $0.07 per share, the Board declared a supplemental cash distribution of $0.07 per share to be paid on November 17, 2026 to stockholders of record as of November 10, 2026. Including the $0.07 per share supplemental cash distributions paid to stockholders of record as of February 25, 2026, May 14, 2026, and August 11, 2026, the Board has declared the full $0.28 per share of supplemental cash distribution declared on February 4, 2026. October 2029 Notes On October 8, 2026, the Company issued $400.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.700% interest-bearing unsecured notes due October 8, 2029 (the “October 2029 Notes”), unless repurchased in accordance with the terms of the Twelfth Supplemental Indenture, dated October 8, 2026 (the “Twelfth Supplemental Indenture”). Interest on the October 2029 Notes is payable semiannually in arrears on April 8 and October 8 of each year, commencing April 8, 2027. The October 2029 Notes are general unsecured obligations and rank pari passu, or equally in right of payment, with all outstanding and future unsecured unsubordinated indebtedness issued by the Company. The Company may redeem some or all of the October 2029 Notes at any time, or from time to time, at the redemption price set forth under the terms of the Twelfth Supplemental Indenture.
