We declared and paid dividends of $0.28 per share totaling $8.8 million and $8.7 million during the three months ended September 26, 2026 and September 27, 2025, respectively, and $0.56 per share totaling $17.5 million during each of the six months ended September 26, 2026 and September 27, 2025.

The declaration of future dividends will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will depend on our financial condition, results of operations, capital requirements, compliance with charter and contractual restrictions, and such other factors as the Board of Directors deems relevant. Our Credit Facility contains covenants that may limit, subject to certain exemptions, our ability to declare dividends and other distributions.
