1. On October 27, 2026, Smart Dynamics Technology Limited exercised warrants to purchase 4,000,000 shares of the Issuer's common stock at an exercise price of $0.63 per share. Following the warrant exercise, Smart Dynamics Technology Limited owns 24,000,000 shares and warrants to purchase 156,000,000 shares of the Issuer's common stock.

2. Liu Ming Hui is a director and owner of Smart Dynamics Technology Limited, and may be deemed to possess beneficial ownership of the shares of the Issuer owned by Smart Dynamics Technology Limited.
