(1)Includes debt obligations issued by U.S. government-sponsored enterprises or U.S. government agencies. As of September 30, 2026, the estimated market values of our short-term debt securities with contractual maturities due within 12 months and due after 12 months through 18 months were $722.9 million and $133.6 million, respectively. As of December 31, 2025, the estimated market value of our short-term debt securities with contractual maturities due within 12 months was $1.08 billion. Gross realized gains and losses on sales of our short-term debt securities for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026 and September 30, 2025 were not significant. We periodically review our portfolio of debt securities to determine if any investment is impaired due to credit loss or other potential valuation concerns. For debt securities where the fair value of the investment is less than the amortized cost basis, we have assessed at the individual security level for various quantitative factors including, but not limited to, the nature of the investments, changes in credit ratings, interest rate fluctuations, industry analyst reports, and the severity of impairment. Unrealized losses on available-for-sale debt securities at September 30, 2026 were primarily due to changes in interest rates, including market credit spreads, and not due to increased credit risks associated with specific securities. We do not intend to sell these investments and it is not more likely than not that we will be required to sell the investments before recovery of their amortized cost bases, which may be at maturity. Accordingly, we have not recorded an allowance for credit losses. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | (In millions) | September 30, 2026 | | December 31, 2025 | | Raw materials | $ | 230.5 | | | $ | 257.6 | | | Work-in-process | 77.3 | | | 105.0 | | | Finished goods | 462.9 | | | 266.5 | | | Total inventory | $ | 770.7 | | | $ | 629.1
We recorded inventory reserve charges of $33.0 million and $16.0 million, during the three months ended September 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively, and $117.2 million and $53.0 million during the nine months ended September 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively. These charges are recorded in cost of sales and reflect reserves established through our ongoing evaluation of quality control data, the planned discontinuation of G6 manufacturing, forecasted demand, analysis of risk exposure, and the continued improvement and innovation of our products. | | | | Prepaid and Other Current Assets |

In the second quarter of 2026, we acquired an entity, in which substantially all the fair value of the gross assets acquired are concentrated in a group of similar identifiable assets. Accordingly, the transaction was accounted for as an acquisition of a group of assets. In connection with the acquisition, we recorded $48.7 million in gross intangible assets, primarily related to acquired technology. Net intangible assets increased $18.6 million from December 31, 2025, reflecting the impact of the acquisition, partially offset by amortization expense recognized during the nine months ended September 30, 2026. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | (In millions) | September 30, 2026 | | December 31, 2025 | Non-marketable equity securities | $ | 217.5 | | | $ | 218.0 | | Capitalized software | 17.9 | | | 19.1 | | | Long-term deposits | 24.1 | | | 17.2 | | | Other assets | 17.7 | | | 24.4 | | | Total other assets | $ | 277.2 | | | $ | 278.7
