HORSE HEAVEN PROJECT

During the quarter, Resolution completed the 2026 Golden Gate diamond drilling program.

On 11 September 2026, Resolution announced completion of 42 diamond core holes totalling 12,236m (40,144 ft), with an average hole depth of approximately 290m. The program tested extensions of gold mineralisation and tungsten targets across Golden Gate North and Golden Gate South.

The program also targeted tungsten mineralisation around historical mine workings and a broad tungsten-in-soil anomaly at Golden Gate South. Gold and tungsten assay results remained outstanding for much of the program at the time of the September updates.

All drill core has been logged, and final samples have dispatched to the laboratory for analysis. Assays remain pending for 36 holes and are expected to be released in the coming weeks.

Initial assays extend gold mineralisation to the south

During the Quarter, Resolution reported gold assays from the six diamond holes at Golden Gate South. Initial results from the first three drill holes (reported on 24 August 2026) intersected gold mineralisation, extending known mineralisation at least 2,000m south of Golden Gate North and supporting further evaluation of the broader Golden Gate system. gold intersections reported on 24 August and restated on 15 September 2026. The holes reported in the announcements confirm the extension of gold mineralisation at Golden Gate South.

During the Quarter, Resolution reported results from HH-GG26-004C, HH-GG26-005C and HH-GG26-006C. These holes were drilled on the same east–west section as the first three holes at the southern end of Golden Gate South. Gold mineralisation was identified in all six holes, defining an approximately 600m-wide mineralised zone on this section.

Highest gold grade intercepts to date in drilling

Individual drill samples show the highest gold grades recorded to date in drilling at Horse Heaven in drill holes HH-GG26-004C and 005C, suggesting higher grade “feeder zones” (Figure 1, 2).

Drill hole HH-GG26-004C: 9.2 metres @ 0.53 g/t Au from 18.3 downhole;

o7.2 m @ 2.35g/t Au from 58.1m

oIncluding: 1.0m @ 14.8 g/t Au and 12g/t Ag from 62.1m;

o9.9m @ 0.51 g/t Au from 110.3m

Drill hole HH-GG26-005C: 10.2 m @ 1.83 g/t Au from 58.05m downhole

oIncluding: 3.9 m @ 3.19 g/t Au from 58.05m downhole;

oIncluding: 1m @ 7.0 g/t Au from 58.05m

o10.8m @ 0.23 g/t Au from 130.6m

o2.7m @ 0.66 g/t Au from 147.6m

Drill hole HH-GG26-006C: 3.77 metres @ 1.53 g/t Au from 298.8m downhole;

oIncluding: 1.29m @ 4.01 g/t Au from 298.8m.

To date, the Company has reported six drill holes which were designed to test the southern extension of the Golden Gate Shear Zone, which at this location is developed within sheared and faulted Cretaceous granodiorite of the Idaho Batholith. The different drill orientations were selected to evaluate the geometry and geological controls of the target zone. Gold mineralisation appears to be related to steeply dipping features that splay off the key regional structure, the Golden Gate Shear Zone.

SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

Golden Gate North gold results

In after balance date events (26 October 2026), Resolution reported gold assays from the first three Golden Gate North holes of the 2026 season, comprising HH-GG26-031C, HH-GG26-032C and HH-GG26-039C.

Wide intercepts of almost continuous gold mineralisation: Gold mineralisation in drill hole assays extends from surface almost to the bottom of two drillholes, HH-GG26-031C & 032C, (Figure 3,4) with best gold intercepts:

HH-GG26-032C: 324 metres (1,060 ft) @ 0.49 g/t gold (Au) from surface, with best gold intervals of:

o92.4 m (303 ft) @ 0.54 g/t Au from 215.7m downhole;

o25.5 m @ 0.82 g/t Au from 190.2m;

o8.7 m @ 1.05 g/t Au from 62.5m;

HH-GG26-031C: 322 metres (1,055 ft) @ 0.37 g/t Au from surface, with best gold interval of:

o30.8m @ 0.88 g/t Au from 76.2m downhole;

oincluding 5.7m @ 1.15 g/t Au from 140.1m.

HH-GG26-039C: 134.2 m (440 ft) @ 0.40 g/t Au from surface, with best gold intervals of:

o51.7 m (170 ft) @ 0.53 g/t Au from 82.5m downhole.

Results confirm a mineralised gold zone over 500m (1,600ft) at Golden Gate North open-ended. Mineralisation is open in both directions, and at least 200m (650ft) wide and a true depth of at least 300m (990ft) at Golden Gate North (Figures 3,4). Prior gold in soil sample results potentially extend mineralisation a further 500m northwards and also to the south (Figure 5). Drill results extend mineralisation down dip and support prior reported gold intercepts in a 2025 drill hole HH-GG25-006C from the same drill site, of:

15.6m @ 1.10 g/t Au from 166.7m and 133.7m @ 0.55g/t Au from 376.5m (see ASX announcement 17 February 2026)

8.8 If item 8.7 is less than 2 quarters, please provide answers to the following questions:
  8.8.1   Does the entity expect that it will continue to have the current level of net operating cash flows for the time being and, if not, why not?

Answer: No. The Company’s drilling program, as announced on ASX, has been completed and reduced exploration expenditure is expected in the next quarter.

Importantly, the Company maintains a strong balance sheet and access to funding to support planned activities, with no change to its near-term funding requirements. Management continues to exercise prudent cost control while prioritising initiatives that enhance asset value and advance the Company toward defined milestones. The higher spend this quarter reflects planned activities to progress the Company’s significant exploration program.

  8.8.2   Has the entity taken any steps, or does it propose to take any steps, to raise further cash to fund its operations and, if so, what are those steps and how likely does it believe that they will be successful?

Answer: Resolution has entered into a $10m loan facility at 12% interest per annum. This facility supplements tranche 2 of the placement announced in April this year.

The Company has approximately 518 million “in-the-money” options on issue. If these were to be exercised, this would result in a cash injection of approximately $9.3 million.

The Company’s cash balance of $1.6 million at the end of the September quarter, tranche 2 ($10.8 million) of the $20 million placement, $10 million loan facility, plus the potential of the additional $9.3 million that could be received from in the money options being exercised, gives the Company a potential cash balance of up to $30 million.

  8.8.3    Does the entity expect to be able to continue its operations and to meet its business objectives and, if so, on what basis?
  Answer: Yes. Resolution Minerals expects to be able to continue its operations and to meet its business objectives following fundraising activities as detailed above. The Company maintains access to funding sources, with access to cash resources sufficient to execute planned activities. Importantly, the increased expenditure does not alter the Company’s funding position or strategy. If funding support is not sufficient to meet planned expenditures, the Company will reduce corporate expenditure and other activities as required. Management continues to closely monitor costs and capital allocation.
  Note: where item 8.7 is less than 2 quarters, all of questions 8.8.1, 8.8.2 and 8.8.3 above must be answered.
