Discontinued Operations	Discontinued OperationsEffective on January 1, 2025, the Company completed the sale of the Engineered Materials segment for approximately $208.0 million, on a cash-free and debt-free basis. During the second quarter of 2025, the Company received $7.8 million related to a final working capital adjustment. During the nine months ended September 30, 2025, the Company recognized an after-tax gain of $34.9 million (pre-tax gain of $43.5 million), which was recorded in income from discontinued operations.

The entire disclosure related to a disposal group. Includes, but is not limited to, a discontinued operation, disposal classified as held-for-sale or disposed of by means other than sale or disposal of an individually significant component.
