Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event On October 23, 2026, Justin Jude departed from his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Salvatore A. Abbate was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer with an effective date of December 15, 2026. Until Mr. Abbate assumes the role of President and Chief Executive Officer, the Company has established an interim Office of the Chief Executive Officer to provide ongoing leadership continuity, consisting of John Mendel, Chairman of the Board, and Sue Gove, Chair of LKQ’s Audit Committee. Rick Galloway, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will serve as the Company's Principal Executive Officer and CODM during such time.
