The Net Annual Expenses - Current Expense listed in the “APPENDIX: INVESTMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE UNDER THE CONTRACT” section of the Annual Notice for the Third Avenue Value Portfolio is hereby deleted and replaced with 1.31%.
