NOTE 4. ACCRUED LIABILITIES Accrued liabilities consist of the following:
Included in other as of December 31, 2025 is $371.3 million of 2025 transferable federal energy tax credits purchased from third parties. As of September 30, 2026, all transferable federal energy tax credits were fully paid.
