The share capital as of September 30, 2026 is set at the sum of €31,438,880.70 ($36,064,786.19 converted at historical rates). It is divided into 314,388,807 fully authorized, subscribed and paid-up ordinary shares with a par value of €0.10.
At the Annual General Meeting held on June 3, 2026 (the “General Meeting”), shareholders approved the allocation of the Company's accumulated deficit of $220,838,268 (€190,148,327) against additional paid-in capital (share premium).
