1In July 2025, we sold a 40% noncontrolling interest in our bottling operations in India to a local partner for approximately $1.3 billion, which, net of direct costs, resulted in an increase to total equity of $1.1 billion. As a result, 40% of the subsidiary’s equity was allocated to the noncontrolling interest and the remaining amount was recorded in capital surplus. Additionally, $226 million of foreign currency translation adjustments included in AOCI were allocated to the noncontrolling interest.
