Additionally, effective January 12, 2026, the Fund will no longer use the Bloomberg U.S. Intermediate Government/Credit Index as a performance-based benchmark. Insight North America LLC, the Fund’s sub-adviser, believes the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Bond Index is a more appropriate performance comparison given the Fund’s investment strategy and Insight North America LLC’s investment process.
