| Income Taxes | Income Taxes Our effective tax rate ("ETR") was 24.9% and 2.5% for the three months ended September 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively, and 29.2% and 8.9% for the six months ended September 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively. The increase in ETR as of September 30, 2026 compared to the prior year was primarily due to changes in the mix of our earnings and tax expenses between the U.S. and foreign countries, as well as changes in the tax impact of stock-based compensation.
