| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | NOTE 17: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
In August 2026, pursuant to the Company’s Therapeutics Accelerator Know-How License Agreement with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (“MSK”), the Company issued common shares to MSK in satisfaction of the $100,000 license maintenance fee for the first six-month period under the agreement. The number of shares issued was determined in accordance with the agreement based on the applicable volume-weighted average price of the Company’s common shares. Under the agreement, a non-refundable license maintenance fee of $100,000 is payable every six months during the term, in the form of shares of the Company’s common shares. |
