NOTE 8: SHORT-TERM INVESTMENTS AND FAIR VALUE MEASUREMENTS (Cont.)

The Company classifies its short-term investments and the liability in respect of publicly traded warrants within Level 1 because they are valued using the quoted market prices in active markets. The Company holds level 1 short term investments with coupon rates ranging between 1.11% to 5.50%.

The fair value of the warrant liability for non-public warrants is measured using significant unobservable inputs, including historical volatility, and thus is classified as a Level 3 financial instrument. There were no transfers between levels of the fair value hierarchy during the years ended July 31, 2026 and 2025.
