DIVESTITURES	B. DIVESTITURES In the third quarter of 2026, we completed the divestiture of our Bristan Group ("Bristan") business, a United Kingdom-based provider of bathroom and kitchen faucets, showerheads, shower enclosures, and other products for a purchase price of £49 million ($65 million), net of cash disposed, subject to customary closing adjustments, and up to an additional £6 million ($8 million) if certain performance measures are achieved by the year ended December 31, 2026. In connection with the divestiture, we recognized a preliminary gain of $13 million, net of selling costs, for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026, which is included in other, net in our condensed consolidated statements of operations. The sale of Bristan did not represent a strategic shift that will have a major effect on our operations and financial results and, therefore, will not be presented as discontinued operations. Prior to the divestiture, the results of the business were included in our Plumbing Products segment.
