| Performance Narrative [Text Block] | The Fund is the successor to the Vert Global Sustainable Real Estate Fund (the “Predecessor Fund”), a series of the Trust, as a result of the reorganization of the Predecessor Fund into the Fund on December 4, 2023 (the “Reorganization”). As a result of the Reorganization, the Fund has adopted the financial and performance history of the Predecessor Fund. Accordingly, the performance shown in the bar chart and performance table for periods prior to the Reorganization represents the performance of the Predecessor Fund, which operated as a mutual fund. The Predecessor Fund was also advised by the Advisor and sub-advised by the Sub-Advisor and had the same investment objective and substantially similar investment strategies as the Fund. The following performance information provides some indication of the risks of investing in the Fund. The bar chart below illustrates the Fund’s annual total return by showing changes in the Fund’s (and the Predecessor Fund’s) performance from year to year. The table below illustrates how the Fund’s (and the Predecessor Fund’s) average annual total returns for the one-year, five-year, and since inception periods compare with those of the MSCI ACWI Net Total Return Index, which is a broad measure of market performance, and the S&P Global REIT Net Total Return Index, the Fund’s benchmark index. The Fund’s past performance, before and after taxes, is not necessarily an indication of how the Fund will perform in the future.
