We have not yet established a formal cybersecurity risk management framework, and our processes are evolving as our operations grow. We do not have dedicated cybersecurity personnel and do not engage any third party to conduct continuous cybersecurity monitoring. We Technology Tree Pty Ltd, an external managed IT services provider, to provide IT support and to administer our Microsoft 365 environment, including user access, security settings and the processing of access requests by third-party applications. Our coordinates day-to-day IT matters with our IT services provider, and our Chief Financial Officer oversees the management of cybersecurity risks as part of his responsibilities for financial reporting and internal controls, relying on the expertise of our IT services provider. The material weaknesses in our internal control over financial reporting described in Item 15 include weaknesses in our information technology general controls over system changes, access management and segregation of duties, and their remediation forms part of our management of cybersecurity risks.
Our entrusts its Audit Committee with overseeing our cybersecurity risk management, including ensuring that management has established processes to evaluate and manage cybersecurity risks.
In fiscal year 2026, we did not identify any cybersecurity threats that have materially impacted or are likely to materially impact our business strategy, operational results, or financial condition. However, despite these measures, we cannot entirely eliminate cybersecurity risks or guarantee that no undetected incidents have occurred. |
