(12) SHARE REPURCHASES

The Company maintains a share repurchase program with a total authorization of $2,100,000. During the thirteen weeks ended September 26, 2026, the Company repurchased 171,271 shares for $84,021. During the thirty-nine weeks ended September 26, 2026, the Company repurchased 421,187 shares for $200,565. As of September 26, 2026, the Company had repurchased approximately 9.3 million shares for $1,733,460 since the program's inception and had $366,540 of remaining capacity under the program.
