We are a small company with no employees and limited operations. We have not adopted formal processes for assessing, identifying and managing material risks from cybersecurity threats. Our sole officer and director is responsible for overseeing cybersecurity risks, which relate principally to the security of our website, the Grit application and the third-party service providers we use for accounting, banking and SEC filing. As of the date of this Report, we are not aware of any cybersecurity incidents that have materially affected, or are reasonably likely to materially affect, the Company, including its business strategy, results of operations or financial condition.
