6. Promissory Note Payable

During the three months ended March 31, 2023, the company purchased intangible assets valued at $100,000 by issuing the promissory note. This promissory note was converted into 500,000 common shares (37,500,000 post-split) at $0.20 per share (pre-split) on May 8,2023.
