| Related Party Transactions Disclosure | NOTE 5 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
Due to related party - S. Wely. As of September 30, 2026, the Company owed Shahira Wely, the Company’s sole officer and director, $6,900, compared with $6,500 at December 31, 2025, for working-capital advances and Company expenses paid on its behalf. The amounts are unsecured, non-interest-bearing and due on demand.
Management services - J. McGregor. James McGregor serves as the manager of LHS. Management fee expense of $39,389 was recognized for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, consisting of $27,389 approved by the sole director for management services rendered through June 30, 2026 and $12,000 for the three months ended September 30, 2026 under an independent contractor management services agreement between LHS and Mr. McGregor dated July 9, 2026 providing for a management fee of $4,000 per month. Mr. McGregor is the manager of the subsidiary and is not an officer or director of the Company. As of September 30, 2026, $48 was due to Mr. McGregor for materials funded on the Company’s behalf. |
