c.Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS);

 

d.Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS); and

 

e.Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors on the aforesaid Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results as mentioned above.

 

The Board Meeting commenced at 3:00 p.m. IST and concluded at 4:38 p.m. IST.
