Less: current financing obligations(8,539)
Long-term financing obligations$27,155
The total financing obligations, as reflected in our condensed consolidated balance sheets, were $185.0 million and $243.8 million as of September 30, 2026, and December 31, 2025, respectively. We expect the difference between these obligations and the principal obligations in the table above to be offset against the carrying value of the related Energy Server systems at the end of the lease and the remainder recognized as either a net gain or net loss at that point. For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026, we recognized $9.4 million and $22.9 million net gain on failed sale-and-leaseback transactions, respectively, in Other income (expense), net on our condensed consolidated statements of operations. There were no material net loss or net gain on failed sale-and-leaseback transactions for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025.
